I am 23 years old now and it was 8 years ago in my tuition class, I saw a girl really beautiful. @@hazelpepper163 have no set rules... I eat whenever it feels hungry. Let's say if I have a pizza today, the next day I will eat something very light. That being said I consume a lot of fats in each meal (I'm Indian so its ghee ;) . Cutting down on carbs is the key I guess, but any food stuff in excess is bad... I also did yoga and lot of brisk walking. Not the greatest fan of drinking water but I do drink only when thirsty. I believe our body is intelligent enough to tell us when things go wrong with it. But in today's world there are a lot of distractions and it's easy to give in. Just listen to your body and it will tell you what to do . wish you all the best.

Venus one degree outside of Pushya here, but conjunct with Rahu, which is in Pushya! Very thin, and almost no breasts until I had children!! But.......because of celiac disease, I had to learn to cook!
