@Crystal: Love is not a contract. Love is a verb. YOU are doing it. You don't say you love someone with the hidden agenda of needing to be loved in return. That is what I take issue with. Love is something you are putting out to another person. If there are any strings attached, it's not really love. It's more that you WANT to be loved and are telling someone you love them to get YOUR needs met. And then if someone breaks your heart, how do you react? Like they were your property and you own them? Like they broke the contract? That's where it can get weird.

Michael, I hope I didn't come across as saying it in that way. I meant that with both genders there seems to be a tendency to be secretive about themselves overall, including how they feel. The ultimate goal in all that (whether there is conscious awareness of what they are doing) is feeling powerful. I have read (and it resonates with me) that Scorpios tend to despise weakness in self or others and vulnerability may be perceived as weakness. I'm a Virgo sun (7th house), Virgo moon (7th house), Aquarius Rising, Venus in Libra (8th house), Venus in Mercury (8th house)... Thanks for this video Raina. So informative. I don't consider love a contract; I look at love as more of a *covenant*. Like a sacred promise. I think it's safe to say that most people want to be treated kindly and appreciated for the things they do. I am very tolerant of people and can put up with a lot, I don't ask for much except my partner be honest with me. When I break up with someone, they are dead to me. When I say "dead to me", I don't mean that I will be rude to them or that I will hold a grudge. In fact, I am the opposite. Many of my exes have tried to stalk ME and obsessively get ME to reignite the relationship - not the other way around (my mars is in Cancer). So instead of stalking my exes - which would be ridiculous - I tend to just pretend they don't exist. If I were to randomly see an ex in public, I would most likely not acknowledge them unless they spoke to me first, and then I would be cordial but very distant, making sure that I am polite but clearly not inviting conversation. I am more prone to avoid an ex than to care about who they date next. Exes, to me, are reduced to strangers when I break up. And it's not even that I am upset it's just that I really don't care anymore. Strangely, that lack of emotion about the breakup seems to drive my exes crazy. Probably because during the relationship I give everything so when I break up, I go from hot to ice cold (in a subtle polite) way. Sexually, I am definitely intense (almost primal...beastlike) which is quite surprising considering i am a Virgo. This placement definitely makes me a Virgo that has absolutely no problem showing passion and emotion. But my Libra presence in venus also manifests in my very gentlemanly way of dating. You were so right about the dichotomy of how as a Virgo, I can seem detached to people who are not romantically involved with me. This video was very informative and accurate. But one thing I want to add is that many people with this placement have been sexually or emotionally abused in the past (maybe repeatedly) due to our unwanted ability to attract inappropriately sexual/intense responses from people. This is often why we develop intense trust issues. Notice that Venus in Scorpio people often exhibit symptoms of PTSD. Perhaps the fact that I am a double virgo (sun and moon) and double libra (venus and mercury) softens the bad part of this placement and simply makes me a more intense lover without the creepy stuff lol. This may be a bit of a specific question, but I recently had a relationship with a sag sun, venus scorp in the third house. After the breakup it seemed things were going good on the friendship front until a somewhat cold wall went up. After seeking some closure I found her timeline had switched events around to make the most negative conflict the last one surpassing the mending that was done post breakup. I have Venus in Scorpio conjunct Saturn in Scorpio. Its also conjunct my south node and my IC. Pluto aspects all of my personal planets (with the exception of Venus). I’m a Libra sun w/ a Leo rising. I’m not very social and I have a very small circle of friends. You are spot on with your description of Libra w/ this placement. I am very intense with my likings in art and music. I love those deep dramatic colors. I painted my bedroom ceiling a deep red, lol.

thedrumlife wow, hii there! :) I was just discussing with some folks (inspired by my bro who's painting his house now) how ppl avoid colours on ceiling and always paint it white, coz that's how it's "supposed to be painted" ;) I would chose a colour as well, maybe blueberries with milk color...;) I am Scorpio Sun and MOON with Asc in Leo, so we got something in common. Amber, my opinion is that some conflict may be inevitable but if it's constant, then the two people just may not be suited for one another. It's not fun to always be fighting, as you seem to be suggesting. But sometimes a couple will have difference of opinion so it's not the end of the world in that case.
