Vera Bradley Disney 100 Haul: Disney Classics on the Green & Disney Classics Swirl

Was so happy to see you post a video on this. I really love this pattern! I initially got the small Vera and the clip and zip. After seeing your video, I had to get the triple compartment crossbody too. I then ordered the zip id and 32oz stainless tumbler. I cut the wrist strap off of my clip and zip too and sewed the cut piece to the other end to make a loop and now I use it as a key chain. Thank you for your detailed videos. After watching your review I ordered the triple compartment bag in the Classics on the green. And the store at Disney Springs hunted for bags with the pattern placement , I wanted. I also ordered the Glenna and the small zip pouch and the trapeze cosmetic and the black embroidered Snow White Wristlet , plus 2 of the plastic market totes . I am thrilled with the Glenna and the great placement of Snow White and all the dwarfs. And the Snow White wristlet is beautiful for a small case that was sold on eBay for $20 off with tags. I’m now waiting for the triple compartment bag and the cosmetic bag. I didn’t want to order it all at once till I found out how much I would like it. It’s colorful but not too bright. And it looks like a flower print from a distance , till you get closer to see the characters. I’m glad they still had most of what I wanted . I just wanted a pill case that they were out of. Thanks for your great reviews . It really helped me to figure out what to get.

Thanks for the great review and peek at your pieces! I love this Disney pattern and the way the colors pop against the black. I tend to find that for busier patterns like this, I like the smalls best. I got a Cord Organizer, and I love it. The pattern placement on every one was good!

I love this pattern, even though I am not a huge Disney person either. The colors just pop so looking at it from afar, it just looks like a beautiful floral bag. I purchased the large duffle and love that cosmetic and cord keeper bag… so I may just have to add.

I think it’s cool that you both got unique items with the two different patterns on one item. Wish I would have been so lucky! However I did call Disney springs and got to pick my pattern placement and the blanket with everyone on it

This was a wonderful look at the new pattern ❤ I enjoyed hearing what parts of the pattern you love and your review of the Small Crossbody. The Triple Compartment is a great bag. I don’t know why I don’t pull mine out more often. I am still on the fence about what I will keep 🤦‍♀️ I’ve never indulged in full price Vera except Hummingbird Park. I’ve now done it on CVM and these patterns. So torn between FOMO and buyer’s remorse 🤦‍♀️

I bought that small crossbody in the turtle pattern because when I travel I need something to throw my phone and wallet and other tiny things in! I agree it would not work for everybody but it is a perfect travel bag to throw in a suitcase and use to sight see!

Love the nice sized haul, thanks for sharing! I couldn't resist this pattern especially because we are going to DW soon. I ordered online and unfortunately was very disappointed with the quality I received. There were so many issues with my Campus Backpack from crooked stitching, loose strings, wavy stitched zippers and more. Not to mention the quality of the cotton, so stiff and overall thinner quilted than many of my VB bags. I have shopped with Vera for almost two decades and watched them make changes through the years usually never in favor of customers. I feel the recycled cotton has a cheap feel and a trick to make money on the business side by claiming it's for the "planet". However cotton is a renewable recourse. The quality should reflect the high prices, but I'm not feeling satisfied. I can't justify full price items direct from VB anymore. I'm going to miss the excitement of their new patterns but I think its time to move on to other brands like Kipling, Lug, etc. I remember when a "Large Vera Tote" cost $60 with stitched interior. I will cherish my older bags and live vicariously through haul videos like yours. Hope you love the piece you received and have a fab day! 🙂

PS. I ended up with Lost boys and Petter pan twice on the front, one side pocket ,and center of the back side on my backpack. lol! He was also my last pick for pattern placement. BUT it more importantly is the bag quality that I'm bummed out about this release. Still going to happily put it to use at Disney World parks.

I have to agree with you. Quality has certainly gone downhill and priced uphill. Doesn’t make sense. I refrain from paying cash for these types of items anymore (use ThredUP gift cards after giving them older bags, clothes, shoes etc.). I finally got to see some of the new signature store patterns in a local retailer the other day and while some of the prints were pretty, I was not impressed with the fabric feel and overall quality at all. Nothing appealed to me. I hope things get better someday but I do love and cherish what I have and will definitely lean on my Kipling and Lesportsac items more and more! I got the new tote backpack or whatever it is called. I was nervous about it, but it is actually a nice purse/daily backpack. I also ordered the turnlock wallet. Today, after watching Warthog Princess (and because I already wanted it), I ordered the campus backpack. I am so hoping for good pattern placement. I had to use afterpay, so I can't call a store to pick a bag. Thank you for your excellent review of these items. Oh, now I want that small pouch you have in your purse. lol

Have you noticed that the newer all in on crossbody phone slip pocket cannot close? My older disney one snaps so easily with my iphone 12 pro in it… the newer ones cannot snap shut once a phone is in there. It seems like they are shortening the flap length by like, 1/4 of an inch from the where it is sewn to where the magnet is placed on the flap.
