Thank you so much for sharing this video the outlet has much better prices. The online is rather expensive but I did order a card case just to see how the fabric is in the cotton and the wing in flight pattern. I’m suppose to receive it tomorrow. Unrelated to Vera Bradley but I saw a Halloween decoration you love~ the front of the house had a pickleball court set up. There were 4 skeletons dressed up playing pickleball. Very cute!

Sorry I missed this question til now. I have mixed feelings but overall not pleased. Prices keep going up and quality is inconsistent. The new leather is nice but I am not a fan if the knotted straps or the new cotton patterns, though the fabric seems nice. Trying to keep an open mind 🤷🏻‍♀️

Is the online outlet for Vera Bradley a difference in quality? I noticed that the discounted price is a lot cheaper and for the care for the bags is spot clean vs the Vera Bradley site you can machine wash them

Some items do have a difference in quality of material and/or workmanship, but some are really basically the same. Sometimes it seems that the outlet quality has even been better than the retail side. I honestly treat all my bags the same way and try spot cleaning first, then a few have had to go through the washing machine (gentle cycle on cold and air dry). I don't know why they describe the process inconsistently on their sites.
