35:40, acá es cuando se ve un artista, una gran intérprete, cuando se sufre la obra, y no hay velocidad estropeando su alma y gran guitarra. Esta es una sublime y difícil versión en su digitación de esta chorale de Bach. 35:53 la agonía sigue, pero respeta los pasajes profundos, en este momento se la ve destrozada internamente, una Genia!!

I also prefer lower tension strings despite the challenges. Higher tension strings are more forgiving but sustain falls a bit short. Especially on longer scale lengths such as 660mm. Ms. Danilina is truly a special talent and I am a fan to be sure.

I have always thought that, too. Although her fundamental sound/attack differs from his and of course, old Bream would have sold his very soul for her facility on the instrument, their approach is very similar. There's that individual and imaginative realisation of each sub-section of the music as well as a somewhat daring approach to phrasing that they both share. I suspect that what unites them is a passion for music and an intense interest in each piece that they play. Bream never let a phrase go by without it making a statement and Vera is the same.
