Please make me understand about these sentences like , I am invited , these are joined, chickenpox is transmitted from one person to another.
@vikas0922
@vikas0922 Жыл бұрын
@sunitatoppo908 you need to watch videos on "Simple sentences" or "Passive voice" Eg. ' I am invited ' is the passive voice of present indefinite tense. ' chickenpox is transmitted from one person to another' is a simple sentence. But there is also a case when simple sentence can be understood as the passive. Eg. ·This is written. ( Simple sentence) no subject is mentioned. ·This is written (passive voice of present indefinite) which means some subject performs the writting task.
@sunitatoppo908
@sunitatoppo908 Жыл бұрын
Can't we say chickenpox transmits? One more doubt is, Earth is revolved around the sun. Which type of sentence is this?
@vikas0922
@vikas0922 Жыл бұрын
Yes! ' chickenpox transmits' (present indefinite tense) Earth is revolved around the sun (Sentence type- grammatically incorrect 🙃) 2. It should have been ' Earth revolves around the Sun ' ( present indefinite tense) Note- [Universal facts are written in Present indefinite tense]
@sunitatoppo908
@sunitatoppo908 Жыл бұрын
@@vikas0922 first of all thank u for clearing my doubt. Chickenpox is transmitted- in this sentence , meaning is chickenpox transmit hota hai na.. to chickenpox aapne aap transmit horahihena , then why sub +is /am + verb 3rd form..

Dear learner, The best ever technique to improve your speaking skills is to promise yourself to speak in English every time with everyone possible without having a second thought that people would laugh at you. If you do it for a month, I can guarantee you, you are going to enjoy it for your lifetime. One has to take this pain some day or the other. Take this challenge now from today on. Just forget about others. Start working towards your dreams. Good luck!
