UIM Karamja is a osrs Karamja region locked ultimate ironman. I completed druidic ritual before I entered Karamja and started the adventure. I am not able to interact with players or use a bank. My main goal is completing the inferno without leaving Karamja.

there are so many chaos runes because ironmen sell them for onyx's and the rate that they get sold at is higher than the rate they despawn from the shop. so they keep building up until a weekly server update

That rune shop in particular is a shared shop iirc meaning you can see regular accounts selling runes to it for Onyx or Onyx bolt tips.

The chaos runes are from bots who are taking advantage of karamja gloves. Not sure what level of gloves they use but it gets them profit from selling the chaos runes for tokkul then eventually buying onyxes or maybe other items in the tokkul shop.

It's one of the most notorious account-selling botfarm naming styles; a 2-digit number, followed by a word from the osrswiki, followed by a 4-digit number, no spaces. Go to lumbridge cowpens on any f2p world and you'll see a billion similar names. I love calling out people when I see them in-game for buying their account, they get extremely nervous and try to deflect from the subject.

The price of the chaos rune is linked to the uncut onyx price, the main reason to buy bulk chaos runes is just to sell them for tokkul in order to buy onyxes. This is why there have been a lot of chaos runes sold (the same thing used to go for mithril ore, maybe you have seen it pverstacked aswell)
