Blätterteig - 800 g
Senf - 20 g
Würstchen - 12 Stück
Hartkäse - 100 g
Wasser - 20 ml
Blätterteig - 800 g
Eier - 1 Stück
IM OFEN 180 °C/20 Minuten
Blechgröße 38 x 47 cm
für die Soße:
Joghurt - 100 g
Zitronensaft - 7 ml
granulierter Knoblauch - 3 g
Knoblauch - 2 Zehen
Salz - 2 g
schwarzer Pfeffer - 2 g
Senf 10 g
