People are so quick to turn on others when they don't heal according to their conditions placed on them. You are having to unlearn a lifetime of abuse and exploitation and it does not happen overnight or even after years. It is ok to slip up, it is ok to be sad, it is ok to feel great today and hate everyone and the whole world tomorrow. I really hope you're able to get therapy because you're going to need a person who does not put more unnecessary constraints on you. Do not ever feel bad for what you have needed to do to survive. Through your journey of healing you will still slip up and hurt others and others will also hurt you, it's the way you deal with this and grow from this that will eventually help you make genuine connections with people where you are supported, loved, and accepted. I'm really holding thumbs for you. I really hope that this journey brings you peace. I hope you see this. I hope you know you didn't deserve what happened to you. Your courage is inspiring 🦋
