I think is pretty okay patch, it's definitely better than last with shorthops and fall speed increase, I agree with you that the speed didn't change much. Finn jab became a lot faster tho, I hope all character get something like that in the future. I disagree with you on 2 things, first the steam chart, before the update there was a peak of 1900 people, after the update there was 4600 peak, so yeah you're way off on that. The second thing you say "how can people see any sorta of future with the way thing are going" which is just weird?!? every single new season the game is better, new stages, new modes, new mechanics and new characters, so it's pretty easy to see a good future

The seaon peaks at the beginning of every season, but the peak is lower every time. Season 2 was 13k, season 3 was 5.7k, and this season peaks at 4.6k. They really just need sponsorships idk why they aren't. Though they should only do sponsorships after they make getting characters reasonable for new players even if they just do a free character week and let you choose a free character at the end of it.

@@MsPoiko Yep I think the game is close to getting players back. Every season brings up closer. Personally I don't need attack decay because I can just beat spam most of the time, but for getting new and old players back I think they should just go ahead and do it even if it's a lesser version than the beta one

@@MsPoiko it's kinda in the game it'll mak your move like 10% worse after like 3 times. It doesn't really stop spamming certain moves from being so good. I think the old attack decay was more good for making the game more dynamic and made the game easier to learn since the game would tell you when you're using a move too much.

Its crazy how morty keeps getting nerfed but Tom can just spam Jerry all day. The big issue I have is range and speed balancing. Theres no point in mages being projectile characters when melee characters like finn, nubia, jason, jack, etc can just make those projectiles pointless because their melee range is insane, and the speed for jack and finn is wild, nubia is fine since she swings slowly. But holy crap the Ppg are fast and their range is wild. *Extra Finn complaint: bro should not be able to hold half his moves indefinitely. It makes baiting and DI unnecessarily difficult, and is really cheap in a game where timing your attacks and whif punishing matters.

At the end of the match, your last import is the last thing your opponent will see(thats why they just stand or run off the map). So the best thing you can do is an emote/sticker

Why is everyone just lying now. The game speed was unchanged. They added short hops and better fastfall but you still move the same speed except for some characters that are 1-5% faster on the ground. We're getting so desperate that were gaslighing ourselves now. The season is basically the same balance-wise and gameplay-wise we just have a new gamemode and a worse way of getting characters. The game has a future if they remove Fighter road, make every character free for the first week you play the game on top of letting you pick a character for free, fix the problems with the game and then just sponsor big channels.

How hard is it to just at least change the lobby backround the new stage, and during the mid season update change it to the other new level, it's just lazy, also why remove tea bagging? They endorse toxicity through all the salt stuff they put in the battle passes, emotes, ringouts etc

There is no more taunt meta. After the match all of your inputs are ignored and only you can see it. You can't walk, crouch, emote nothing. You have to do it before the person dies

Raven can be bought after 3 days like normal, it’s just so they can make money, also if you have fighter tickets from beta you can get her rn early with one. The steam chart thing is just a lie, this new season peaked at around 4k players on steam which out did Rivals 2, and then the second day it went down to around 1,200 which still was above Rivals 2, this isn’t even taken in to account console and epic games. So overall game is a little better player count wise, game is a little faster and you have better options for getting in with short hops, balance wise it’s the same so it’s ass. However I think this game is getting better and I’m having a lot more fun now

I completely disagree with you on basically everything you said about morty bc he does NOT need any buffs if anything a rework is an order bc all of yall just spam fire, earth and grenades. yall have an insane jab that they gave you 40 percent combos off of. it is THE longest jab in the game so there is no need for you to approach. I am also so absolutely befuddled on how yall think morty is low tier like seriously you can take up half of the map with 2 specials and an up air. you have THE easiest kill confirm in the game. you can literally play the game while talking bc that is how braindead the character is and basically 3 stock people in ranked. IK that everything that im saying is facts bc i got played morty myself for a bit and it took me nearly 30 games to find someone who could beat me (PS I am nowhere near the being one of the best players in the game). Now i do that that a lot of tweaks could be made to several of the characters (especially batman STILL) so the game is even more balanced but the amount of running away that you can do with these mage characters that are projectile based is insane. Also i would love to know what got nerfed about morty he literally had a movement speed buff that isnt a crazy one but still a buff.

This is coming from a person that wanted the game to succeed hella bad but I’m still getting hit with moves from behind or below people when I shouldn’t and dodge mechanics, certain moves, and many other things are still very janky. Most of the ranked maps have platforms which just make games so bad. Ravens up tilt which is her rock just get destroyed when coming down because of it. Ik every character should play different but Ravens jab is horrific and you basically have to play using it sparingly. Overall goodbye and good riddance to multiversus ✌🏾
