Been with VZ for 20 years but about to leave for T-Mobile. When you compare plans & extras it's a no brainer. I can have 3 people on an unlimited plan with T-Mobile for only $4/month more than what I'm paying now for 2 people with VZ. And VZ just raised my monthly cost by $4 and called it an "admin fee" which goes directly to them. No reason to stay with VZ at this point.

I paid for 5G sometime at the end of last year and briefly benefitted from the speeds advertised for 1 week , since then I haven't seen one bar of 5G not driving around , not standing right near the closest 5G tower(under 5 flat miles from my home in southern illinois), not at all! I am starting to believe it is just a hoax to get customers to pay more for another non-enhancement... The phone I have is a samsung a53 and not a cheap DG phone. if anyone else had this issue feel free to reply.

A long road ahead. USA is at least two decades away from having 5G. The country doesn't even have 4G at all locations !?! 🤣😅🤣

I'm gonna stick it out with Verizon. They really aren't that much more expensive than T-Mobile and VZ still offers the best network experience I've ever had. Hans isn't doing a bad job. People are just looking for a deal, which is understandable, but for me my phone service is just too important to risk less performance just to save $15/month.

He’s doing a terrible job. Why do you think they’re bleeding customers? They keep raising prices, the plans have less features/perks and their incentives to switch to them are trash
@BTech492 жыл бұрын
@@adamtajyar AT&T raised their prices too though. And the only reason T-Mobile hasn't is because the government won't allow them to. Verizon's pricing is competitive enough. They'll be fine. They just have to continue the momentum on building out the 5G network, which they will.

The problem with verizon is they stopped offering all customers the same deals for phones and started offering new customers better deals for devices then existing customers. If they wanna keep their customer base they need to think about who they have cause I’ve thought about switching many times and I’m and 8 line account.
