These are the kind of pc's I wouldn't recommend because to keep the price so they use really old cpu, motherboards and graphics cards, and yes, while it's upgradable, the upgrades just aren't worth it at that point and you should just buy a more expensive prebuild

The rx 590 even today is a decent card if you don't t need to play the heavest game with high graphics, fortnite if you use performance mode you can get over 250 fps if you have a decent cpu so is enough for playing competitive, is lagging in that case probably because of the cpu going almost at 100% and even fortnite not very optimized so you need to play a few match to load all the shaders so then is getting better
