Another beautiful but unfortunately two - three season house built by flatlanders who don’t understand that basements are necessary and soaring ceilings are wastes of energies. The fireplace should have been built as a masonry heater which is much more efficient. I noticed a steel I beam which looks placed because someone did not engineer the structure correctly and thus this had to be added. Otherwise, a lovely property, though I my opinion all that relatively flat grass should be used for food production.
