Great job with this interview guys. Next thing is to find Merlene and do an interview 😂 Love the discussions about Beijing and Athens. After VCB didn't make the 100 at trials in 2008, I sent her an email (yes email) of support, and she actually replied thanking me for the support. Also Athens, I remember when the women's relay final was happening. I was walking to my job in Toronto, and the Olympic games were being broadcast in a pubic square. I stopped to watch of course, and without even realizing it, a large bunch of other Jamaicans were there jumping up and down with me while VCB carried it home for the gold. It was such a nice moment to share with other Jamaicans courtesy of VCB and the rest of the team.
