You missed the entire point of the character...it was summed up neatly into "My name is Cassidy".....nobody sees him and thats why he is such a pitiful monster.

This finale was SOO freaking rushed, and felt way too hurried. I was still trying to even process what happened with the plane blowing up and Veronica's dad dying...or not. I was thinking that the ending was a dream sequence or something, it was so weird in the way that they introduced that he wasn't dead. I really wish they would have done a better job or dealing with like the last 15 minutes of the episode, and slowed down a bit.

@selorgif Lucky didn't really put the bomb in Goodman's car. He was the school's janitor and was a little nuts due to both PTSD from the war and from being molested when he was on Goodman's little league team Felix was murdered by Thumper (the guy that took over Weevil's gang. I am God is the name of a band one of the people on the bus listened to. The artwork was from one of their albums Hope this helps!

@SnelhestForever I feel the same way. TV and movies seemed to have degraded to such a juvenille point. There are shows that are so complex and smart that just get cancelled because there arent enough people willing to engage their brains while watching television. Sometimes I do just want to watch something mindless, but most of the time I want TV and movies to make me think and be full of twists and turns to keep me enthralled.

When i first watched this, i thought it was Steve Guttenburgs character but then because of the way Cassidy was acting, i thought him and i was right :-) But when Veronica found out it was him and the lead up etc Gave me goosebumps. I would of liked to see Cassidy live but what can you do. I got teary when Veronica thought her dad died.

I just completed season 2. I felt that the storyline should have let criminals go through legal procedures. Aaron Echols is dead, Woody is dead, and Cassidy is also dead. Death is a simple punishment with respect to what they all did... Cassidy's twist was unexpected, but he was shown as too good.So some part of me felt sad that he turned out to be a villain. Cassidy blowing up the plane twist felt ridiculous. But it was worth seeing the acting of Kristen Bell as a reaction to that.

Its so sad when Logan tries to stop him and Cassidy says "why not?" and noone can really say anything. The cover of the Kink's "See My Friends" in the background makes it ten times worse.

@AhKaiwillkillyou I agree. Okay, let's say he was the killer. But I don't believe he would have been so cold hearted. He didn't even show any remorse for what he did! And he was having a laugh when he killed Veronica's dad, and was about to kill Veronica. I mean, it would make much more sense if he acted hesitant, scared, sorry, ANYTHING. Cassidy was NOT this person. They should have shown that he was struggling with himself. But no, they made him out to be a cold-blooded killer.
