I also follow a habit stack where i finish my breakfast after reading a book and i listen to podcast while I preparing tea. I have a big challenged to learn grammar and vocabulary. I can finish everything at the same time i have plate of time to enjoy myself. Thanks for your video.

1.habit stacking 2.google everything in a foreign language 3.blog in this language you learn 4.write down new words(eg.to shortchange someone,to be frazzled) 5.don't start work before reviewing Anki cards (I think this is difficult to put into practice because of human inertia.） 6.learn grammer when necessary
