I am also the victim 😅of buying all the things at the grocery store coz of hungry ...what happens that ohhh that's a new flavour I should try it ... And goes on and on ....and I buy everything .... So I literally love your Idea of eating something before going to the grocery store... And also like to declutter my desk or my quick digital declutter .....I always want more tidy my desk and all the things at the right place ... My another micro habit is to do MEDITATION before doing studies ...It really help me to calm my mind by my different thoughts.... I love to do it...❤️

Habit number 5 it’s the one a like the most cause it help me a lot in dealing with anxiety I would really appreciate if you post videos about notion, I need to adopt a task manager and notion it’s super famous. This is funny, I eat before buying food because I have been trying to implement that micro habit, however when I'm in the supermarket my mind tells me: is your money, approach your time, your life, you don't have any responsibility 😂 and well... You know, I need to buy chips, candies, sodas, etc.
