I can’t say I even noticed it to be breezy so I step outside and your right it was. It’s not very windy here which is nice. When I lived in Denver the wind was crazy!

It’s seriously such a stunning area. And the views are amazing. No Trader Joe’s yet 😢 but maybe in the new verrado market place that’s going to be built. Only location close is in surprise. Maybe 20-25 mins away

15 years ago when we considered Verrado, we were told the Verrado Marketplace was ready for construction. They said new businesses will occupy those vacant plots. In your video, I see those lots for shops still sitting vacant, and you're still saying "going to include."

Hello! Scorpions are going to be anywhere, but as long as you do proper maintenance, they shouldn’t be an issue. Tarantulas I have never heard of them being in the valley. I’m sure they are but probably rare.

There are some for sure especially in older Buckeye. What kind of mom and pop food are you looking for?

@@Phxlivingnicole cuisine non specific, but considering the area and coming from a large north east city, we really dont have too many chains and most are over priced/not so great. Just will have to get used to the difference I suppose.

There are several mom and pop places in downtown Buckeye but they're not the type you'd want to take your mom or pop. Closer to I-10, there are couple of Italian pizza places run by Albanians.

Buckeye refers to the Ohio State Buckeyes and they are not a favorite team for many people, for many reasons, there is absolutely NO WAY I would say I lived in Buckeye. Honestly, I don't know if that's the reason, but it's my reason. Go Blue!!! :)
