Some things that have helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing ponytails because it leds to tension breakage. (2) I started massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while bending over & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to shield my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

I think you could try it? The only thing I think you would have to watch out for when using coconut oil is it going to its solid state if your rice and honey mixture is too cool. But you could always gently heat the rice mixture before putting the honey and coconut oil in. .' ) 👍

How much olive oil is it, how long does it stay good and how to store it or are you using the whole thing in one conditioning? Also if you cook two cups rice with one cup water it will be very dry partially cooked so no water will be left for rice water to add and when blended do I add water or is it one cup water to the rice after cooking to blend I’m confused makes no sense this recipe can you help explain

Same here. Double down on figuring out what makes YOUR hair healthy, that's my best advice. I find aloe vera gel helps (I get mine from Naissance as it seems to be really good quality and with the least additives) and I can recommend two different conditioners that work well for my hair and how I use them. I also put oil on my hair after it's 50-80% dry, brush it through (which is actually not recommended as hair is more prone to damage when wet, but I do it to spread the oil evenly) and that really helped my hair become healthier. Even my ends are healthier which I wasn't really sure if it would happen but it did. They still feel and look dry and damaged, but noticably less. I'll also try rise water with orange peels and rosemary to see how it works as a rinse after washing.

Both rice water\paste and honey will ferment over a short period of time, especially if left out at room temperature. For rice water, the proteins actually get stronger, meaning you can't use it as frequently, but I don't know if the honey had the same thing happen or if it just simply "goes bad" once water has been added to it. You could probably just simply put enough for individual treatments in separate bags or containers in the freezer and take one out the night before.
