Fantastic sermon, Pastor G! I am so blessed to learn more from these amazing Bible stories every Wednesday. Your wisdom and knowledge of the word are unparalleled. These sermons help me grow spiritually and help me see sins in my life that I need to repent of. Repentance is so important, and it’s sad Solomon ended his life so poorly without repentance unlike David. We need to finish the race strong ❤ This was a very sad story but it’s so important for all Christian’s to remember. It’s a challenging sermon but glad you preached it.

The biggest outcome for me with the bible study is always the desire and excitement to go read the book in its entirety. ❤

Pastor G, this speaks so much to me. I’ve built a fortress around my heart, finance and defense but I haven’t been equipped with The Lord. No amount of money can make us happy

Excellent Study..Did Solomon die a natural death? I think 🤔 so but just want clarification. Blessings all & thank you.

I think he died at a much younger age than was normal. I also think at one time, before he turned evil and gross, he was the richest man in the world. Ppl came from far away, bearing elaborate gifts, to hear him talk about his God, the God of Israel.

If King Solomon is alive today, he is multi billionaire. Jews, they are good in money, and most of them are wealthy.

I still try to wrap my head around someone who has a full knowledge of God, in a huge way, knowing His power, knowing God is THE God and then Solomon can somehow lose his mind and turn to evil, do sick stuff. He had hundreds of wives....sounds like such an ungrateful spoiled brat taking everything for granted. Wanting new thrills? Had to get warm and fuzzy by murdering little children? Enjoyed worshipping demons? Pagan alters of astrology? Maybe God wanted someone who was once good to do super gross stuff so that in the future, ppl can use his mess to know you can come back to God? Not to give up while you have breath in your body? It also shares, again, how one person's bad choices has devistating effects on many others.
