This is a wonderful story of the loving relationship between a mother-in-law towards her daughter-in-law. Naomi's main concern is for Ruth to be accepted in the community, to strengthened her faith and trust in the Lord. While for Ruth, she quickly jumped in the role of taking care of Naomi - in the absence of husbands / sons. Naomi helped negotiate a young widow to another man's heart by the act of obedience, diligence, and respect. Naomi love for Ruth is obvious. 2 great friends and yet much aware of their respect and reverence for one another. Thank you Pastor Hamrick.
