THIS GOING TO BE VERY LONG: I'm going to analyse the lyrics bc this song has a heartbreaking truth to it. Its not just about scary animatronics. It's about the fnaf fandom and how it's brought this upon itself because of how toxic we've become. For example, the lines 'How we could have known' and 'we were stuck in a system?' Talk about how it was inevitable that we would be stuck in an endless loop of disappointment and hatred because of the many events that happened 'there was a pre-existing dictum, programmed to do nothing else' Talks about how it was already written in fate and it tragically couldn't have been changed. 'Why feel so alone when we share so much wisdom' is how every fan has a different opinion and feels disrespected by others when we all share a common cause: Fnaf itself. 'But you set fire to the kingdom, burn it all until it melts' is about how we always rejected and disliked Scott's new ideas until he point in which we lost ourselves, lost sight of what we were searching for. 'Or else' is how it could have been happier. the lines 'long time ago it was all for a show' and 'and your reason to justify scars you can't quantify' is talking about how a long time ago it was so much simpler and it was just the traditional first game and 'justifying scars you can't quantify' is talking about how the fandom has acted like they were the ones hurt by Scott but in fact, we've pushed him to this. 'Now this is your fault' is how we've been blaming Scott but in fact we've brought it upon ourselves. 'everything is a problem' is referring to the fact that everything he released was a problem and we were never satisfied with what was released almost always hated on it somehow and how here was always someone who was unhappy. 'There was a poison in the air' explains how we slowly started fracturing apart and becoming toxic and 'despair is an eternal blight' talks about how it was never enough and we were never happy. 'You're losing it all' talks about how we've lost all hope for fnaf to be revived and also for Scott. 'you've been blinded by stardom' explained how we've been searching for something like the original all these years but we haven't accepted that the theme could change. We've been blinded by the joys of the past. "You think that you're alone but we are waiting for you every night" refrences a metaphor that some may have forgotten about the originals but they're still there. They always have been. Waiting for us. And no matter how toxic and hateful the community has become...it's still our community. We started it. All of us. And even though we might leave it, we'll always carry those happier memories of the past within us. And my favourite part of the song is when it says 'you're mine' it's talking about how fnaf has become ours. It was something for Scott to share to the world, to us. It connected millions. And even though it may be gone, we'll always carry it with us as a happy memory. Yes, there were disappointing parts here and there, but it was worth it. Tysm if you made it to the end it took me a while, I do find it absolutely heartbreaking that such a beautiful community has broken into ashes. Still though, life can rise from the ashes. There is still hope. Fnaf has and always has been, the best series I've been involved in. Thank you Scott, for everything ❤ Edit: It also uses the original text and font from the first fnaf song

From how I think maybe it's not about Scott but about the lore of the game itself concerning William, also because as we know The Living Tombstone collaborated with Scott and it seems strange to me that they do a small piece to go against him, so for me that sentence was pointed to William

Bro soy fan viejo y…
