I’m bored so I’ll break it down. Tl:DR he is a very fast main dps character who has a taunt summon and who gains a lot of damage based on his defence, especially in his burst. Most of his damage comes from a unique charged attack string that is dependent on a special stack mechanic unique to him. Normal attack: • Itto has a four-hit normal attack string that hits pretty quickly and has pretty high damage multipliers. • His normal attack string will not be interrupted by preforming a quick dash or using his E skill. • The second and fourth hit in his NA string generate stacks of superlative super strength (SSS) 1/2 respectively. • He can possess only 5 stacks at a time and they last a full minute. Elemental Skill: • He chucks his little bull at enemies (can be aimed like Albedo’s flower) • The hit deals geo damage with a 552.92% multiplier at level 10. • Throwing Ushi (the bull) generates 1 stack of SSS for Itto. • Ushi will stick around taunting enemies and attracting their attacks. • Ushi will generate a stack of SSS when he is hit (2 second cooldown on this stack gain) • Ushi will leave when it’s duration ends (6 seconds) or when it’s health is fully depleted (100% of Itto’s) and will generate 1 stack of SSS when it does. Elemental Burst: • converts Itto’s damage to Geo, this can not be overridden. • he gets a 10% attack speed buff. • his elemental and physical resistance drop. • he gets an attack boost based on his defence (103.68% at level 10) • every hit in his NA string generate SSS stacks. Arataki Kesagiri: This is what his superlative super strength stacks are for. • When he has SSS stacks instead of preforming his normal charged attack he will preform an Arataki Kesagiri slash, this will consume 1 stack) • He can preform Arataki Kesagiri slashes consecutively, each consecutive slash makes the next one have increased resistance to interruption and 10% increased attack speed. This maxes out at 30% ATK speed increase. • When the last stack in your possession is spent he will preform a particularly powerful hit • Arataki Kesagiri gains a attack buff based on 35% of his defence.

I think it will be a new harbinger, as my speculations if we are going to follow the current timeline... ver1.2 was the attempt of the fatui under signora stealing the research book of albedo but failed. but since signora was already dead, there will be a chance that a new harbinger was behind the curtain of stealing the research book of albedo (about durin). since scaramouche and childe was both in inazuma. so that kind of mysterious boss that albedo was talking about was a slip of his tongue as we can see that VA of Traveler and Gorou was silent during the moment Albedo VA was speaking of it
