The Star Fox 64 Restored OST is one of the many results following the "Gigaleaks of Nintendo" from July 24th and 25th, 2020. Found in the files of the game were not only all of the uncompressed voice lines, but also uncompressed instrument samples for the music, as well as the MIDI sequences used in the game to perform the music. Using the instrument samples and MIDI sequences, I was able to recreate the entire soundtrack to Star Fox 64 in the highest quality we have ever heard.

two skilled starfox players fighting each other, dodging each other and u-turning/somersaulting and barrelrolling their way to powerups. intense boosting with slight pumps to keep going and trying to out-run the other. Repeatedly turning tightly in circles while trying to suddenly breaking away in another direction. Quick!, Lose site of the incoming fire! Move behind that one object/wall! Dont Stop moving!

It's definitely clear and amazing, but some parts sound more muted, like the piano (I think it was supposed to be a piano?) 0:35
