iPhone may be winning in the portrait and video categories, but the Pixel’s videos are much improved over last year and if video boost were used it would be tops. Google doesn’t seem to care much about portrait shots so I’m not sure when or if they’ll address it. Overall I think the Pixel is still the best phone for point and shoot.

First of all pixel base model does not have a video boost. Second of all Most people wont use Video Boost because it must be uploaded and downloaded, the video is not available until the process ready. And yeah pixel's loser can't even take burst photo

Comparison is okay but 3x portrait is the deal breaker for the most people. S24 camera lags behind in some aspects which is negligible. We need a complete camera system which is only in S24.

Yep I definitely agree. Samsung needs a reality check. They NEED better main lens shots and color science. And probably just better lenses altogether, it's been since 2021 that they have had the same lenses.

The blue white balance on S24 videos is true. It looks horrible. S24 has the cheapest camera sensors among these three. And it also performs the worst. Samsung should fire Tim ROH as soon as possible

I have a question that why people don't use filters while doing these comparisons?? I have used iPhone 13 and 14 and I can clearly say that images on VIVID mode are just too beautiful compared to unfiltered image but still I don't find any channel who makes these camera test on these filtered mode. I have even used some of samsung phones and the WARM filter is the closest to iPhone's VIVID but I can clearly say that Samsung is no where close to iPhone.

Here’s my issue with the s24 (as an s24 owner): the processing settings CAN be changed and your photos will look better. However they still ship terrible defaults. Almost got a 9 or 9 pro but bought an s24 before their launch because everyone said that the 9 would be disappointing and to wait for the 10… but I didn’t want to keep the 6a another year.

If it would be possible could you review and compare s24 and z flip 6, they are both small, and looks the only difference is zoom with telephoto lensese, but it might be not that big a diference with 3x zoom, ofcourse 10x 30x s24 will do better, but up to 3x I realy would like to see. Thank You

If I didn't use a pixel 8 myself I would have thought that Google's images are indeed better like many think here. But reality is that their cameras are the most inconsistent and unreliable out there, even more so than Samsung, and Samsung is quite poor to start with. Pixel is like for one absolutely remarkable photo, and then failing in all others. Their white balance inaccuracy is the most critical aspect, creating colours out of nowhere. Like it or not, iphones are the most reliable out there.
