I have Vivo x200pro and my wife has honor magic7pro. If the light is good, honor magic7pro is almost same lvl as vivo. In low light Vivo kills honor in every aspect. I lovey Vivo and the only one who can replace it is the ultra when will be launched.

@luciann36 Yeah, that is why i chose honor it is close to vivo on camera it can at least compete with vivo, unlike other brands when it comes to camera. Also, software is so close to Samsung One Ui as well, ecosystem capabilities+ destkop mode + multi camera record + google gemini implementation. As well as speakers and eye comfort screen + 3D face scanner. So each phone has its own specific customer for the specific needs. I choose Honor. However, I can understand whoever is on the train of Vivo well.

Disappointed with the telephoto lens. u should treat it like a second main lens. photographers don't do photography like that. Also, Zoom is not popular? Telephoto lens is a very important perspective for photographers...

Excellent video! I'm a new Vivo X200 Pro user, and I’m super happy with its immense and unbeatable capabilities! I recommend trying and adding the 120 fps slow-motion with the telephoto lens to your videos. It’s one of the best features for capturing epic details in motion. You should also test out the telephoto portrait video mode-it adds an incredible cinematic touch. It’d be amazing to see how these features shine in your content!

to be absolutely honest, ALL of these shots come down to personal preference. I have sitting on my desk in front of me, a Vivo x200 pro, an Honor 7 Porsche RSR and a Vivo X100 Ultra and I can take stunning photos with all 3 phones. If you have any one of these, you are doing well. Whilst i dont have the Honor Magic Pro 7, I think there are many settings you didnt enable in your testing - it cannot be that bad (and it is not that much different to the RSR version), especially around portrait shots - I feel the RSR 7 has better portrait shots that either of my Vivo phones, and definitely get bokeh. I do agree on the macro shots, the Vivo X200 is very good at that, almost as good as the Sony Xperia 1VI - the X100 Ultra is better than the X200 on macro shots sometimes, but is not as consistent. The RSR 7 gets pretty close to the x200 most times, so not really sure what was happening with the honor magic 7 in your test. I think an important test is media consumption, more so that slow motion at 240fps using resolution from 2005. Hands down the Honor has amazing speakers, on par with the Sony Xperia 1VI, with the Vivo X200 pretty good also. The X100 ultra speakers are rubbish.

I bought HONOR magic 7 Pro in the end. Judging by the reviews vivo camera is better but I saw it live and that huge bump isn't for me. Magic 7 Pro looks sleek and has a great camera too. Love it

Vivo x200 pro camera is the best but i will still prefer oppo as it has way better software (ui) and also the camera bump is very minimal and yeah i am a fan of alert slider.

Zoom is definitely the best on Vivo. If you talking about "artificial photo", this smartphone has more it or another has less, so...i can tell you, all brands of smartphones, produce artificial photos if you are doing zoomed photo. So it depends, which brand keeps the best details at high level zooming - which obviously Vivo is doing the best.

Recorded audio quality results are totally mixed up for me. Looks like the main thing for you was noise cancellation, while the actual audio reproduction not. E.g. Xiaomi had clearly the worst sound - so enclosed and flat. Tbh all of the phones did moderately in my opinion (they sound artificial), and that area is definately not quiet it would be nice to have two places to compare (streets and studio) to showcase which has better sound and which is going to take advantage in loud areas.

When the processing works I prefer how Xiaomi does it. But considering how often it does not. Vivo takes the spot over-all. Oppo is a close second I feel. All 4 I believe are above S24 Ultra, and iPhone in photography. But in Videos only Vivo can be compared.

I feel like Honor is not used to full potential as it's capable of the best bokeh and night photos, it has best contrast of colors of all 3 and has better accuracity than Xiaomi and Oppo. Even the White balance looks better on Honor than on all 3 of them, because it looks more neutral My point is that Honor is underated in your videos

please add a text subject to the camera comparison, like photo of some invoice receipt taken hastily on a moving bus. it can test fast camera exposure of shutter, latency (or responsiveness) of the phone itself. it can also test focus of the subject through the corner of text (like around edge of paper where it can be out of focus)
