Thank you so much for your video I have read that each riMLF has control over both rt and lt SR, IO muscles via collateral fibers from ipsilateral CN3 nucleus. If only the rt riMLF is damaged, wouldnt the downward gaze will be paralyzed, with the upward gaze spared in the rt eye-since the remaining intact lt riMLF will innervate the rt SR,IO muscles?

What would it mean if volitional vertical saccades cause disconjugate eye movements, but eye movements are normal with reflexive vertical saccades. What would you be looking for? Thank you for your videos!
