Hi, first I want thank you, for what you do, helping people with limited accsess to elevated areas, we have a bruno lift, works fine, I'm a retired Maintenance electrician for over 40 years, in my opinion the system mechanical and electrical is kind of simple, my point is in the one we have, if there is a total black out there is not a way to move it manual up or down ,is there such a unit or device that I could get, thanks if your advice..

Bruno vertical response; this vpl is available ac or dc. Since you have ac, there is a tool available from your Bruno dealer that will allow you to turn the acme screw from the top of the unit center and under the lid. I like to use also large vice grips that will give you much more leverage turning that screw allowing upward or downward movement.
