Suggestion since you're milling the 2x4 anyways. Price buying 2x8s. I recently found it was cheaper to purchase 2x8s and then cut them down to two 1.5 x 3s. I find it easier to find straighter 2x8 as well. this is the second project of yours I watched. Very well organized. I'm saving my money to make an enclosure for my onefinity. I like the way you did yours...

Tip- I quite often use peg board for cabinet backs and door panels in the shop. Cheap and functionality.
