Good video, but you didn't actually explain that clearly what you are looking for when adjusting the 3 light levels.

Hello, could you please tell me if there are any other ways to add an additional line using the warp tool? The ctrl does not work for me. I am working with Photoshop CS6. I would appreciate your help.

when i try to double click the layer with the rectangle it doesnt open the same tab and i cant drag anything new onto the rectangle. Is there any other way to open it ?
@VerticDesigns8 ай бұрын
Sounds like your layer is still a shape, did you convert it to a smart object?
@SchmanthaSchmona7 ай бұрын
@@VerticDesigns Same thing with me, I convert to smartobject, but double left clicking just opens the layer style screen. I cannot get past the point after clicking done on my warping. Does the file I bring in have to be a smart object too?

This is a great video. Great pace (not to fast), thurough and very informative. I have watched several videos on "How to Make Mockups." Some have been helpful, some not. Yours was by far the most helpful. I have sved this video so I can reference it when I need. I have also subscribed to your channel.

Does its work for all types of mockup?
@VerticDesigns9 ай бұрын
Works for most mockups with decent lighting and shadows yes. Another example of this is protein powder pouches that's got like a plastic material or even cardboard boxes but sometimes it may require a different effect for the blending

no displacement map?
@VerticDesigns7 ай бұрын
I mean it's a great idea for a rougher surface but with this image the changes would be small to notice a huge difference. But yes, displacement map is also a really good technique to warp onto the surface of the product

Are product mock ups common? Is that what we see when we shop for various items?
@VerticDesigns7 ай бұрын
yeh they're common for a lot of sellers to quickly change the product branding and for buyers to see the results before they buy for example customisable T-Shirt designs and other products. It just makes life so much easier to create it once then you can update it at any time or share with others. You could even make money from selling templates to companies aha

how can you double click on the red layer then it open the red square in other tab?
@VerticDesigns9 ай бұрын
You can do that by turning your layer into a smart object (right click on layer > convert to smart object) then it will allow you to open it up in another tab
