I’ve done an Epley maneuver A few times in the office and it’s a great skill to have and definitely makes the patient feel great to come into the office barely able to walk and to leave feeling much better. I always send them home with a hand out to be able to do the procedure on their own.

Excellent explanation doc. I went to an "Urgent Care" clinic in Canada and after waiting for 3 hours, the doctor didn't even bother to perform any manoeuvres/tests. He just made a decision on the spot that it's BPPV and the next word out of his mouth is "there's nothing we can do about it".

I had reoccurence vertigo.last june 2019 was 1st and again november 2020 both had sickly spins. the most recent.l almost threw up.l still have the after effect of imbalance but no more spins.sometimes l wonder if l got central vestibular.sos

May i ask do u mean u felt worse after epley? I cant do it because the phobia triggers seizures and i have an autoimmune disease and in a wheelchair im not allowed to have panic attacks
