(just my opinion and hopefully constructive criticism, if you enjoyed the set then great! I'm genuinely happy for you, no need to read further, good vibes only :) ) Decent sound design and melodies apart, the frequent "is it gonna be an actual drop? can I dance for more than 3 seconds now or will he trick me and make me wait with another mini buildup and make me start again?" in the second half of the set was such an energy and mood drain at the event, especially after the magic of Deepack, Showtek and Phuture Front... Man could be 10x better with more musical sense of arrangement and energy flow in his tracks (and mixing). Also, why use so much flanger. Please do better Vertile, you have the potential

Very much agree. I'm a huge fan of vertile, but he has been slippin' with following the current style. Zaag kicks and getting short or no drops with the awesome melodies. Zo jammer dat bijna elk nummer "mee moet met de trend". Je komt voor een artiest vanwege zijn/haar muziek die je vaak luisterd. En dan zie je ze live: Elke keer maar die kut zaag kicks.... Er zit weinig afwisseling meer tussen tegenwoordig. Blijf bij de sound die je geliefd hebt gemaakt. Experimenteren is goed en nodig, maar je kan te ver gaan. It's constructive feedback for both q-dance and vertile. People paid their ticket+ traveled and expected the artists to put effort or perform good of course. I used to be a big fan so it kinda sucks to see that just slightly over a year ago, most his set were "set of the event" and now almost every party it's bad or on the case of qlimax it's by far the worst of the night(and this is being objective, because that's the general response, your opinion might be different but that doesn't mean crowd/fans didn't see it differently than you)... All that to follow zaagkicks and tiktok trends, which doesn't work for everyone and killed his orgininality.

It sucks that his Qlimax performance is the one that didn't live up to peoples expectations, but I would not say his sets overall are going downhill
