FYI Midol bloat relief is basically just a diuretic. It’s just going to make you pee a little more to help remove some of the extra water retention some woman get during their period. It’s only a diuretic and has no pain relief so you could take regular midol or Advil, Motrin with it. Since it’s just a basic diuretic you could take any brand of a diuretic and would get the same effect.

So I went in to get it re sized they said it’s my size it’s just top heavy on such a thin band so I could get it re set or add 2 little balls to the inside to make it not move!!!
