There are 5 nomadic black rock males out there too. We're last seen in the old Birmingham males territory but that has been claimed by the Ndzenga coalition. I don't know if they have become a named coalition or not but I believe they are in that erea. Londolozi reported a huge fight going on . The old Birmingham males calling , the avocas calling and the ndzengas calling and the 5 black rock males. Then they heard a huge fight . The torchwood male ran past them running for his life...later ybm came out injured again , bleeding from his tail at the base of his butt. A claw or tooth hanging out his right hip. Being injured he wasn't fast enough to escape the attach and had to fight. But survived yet again.

They indeed looked here like they went through a fight recently...I think there are some bite and scratch marks on the lower spine on one of them...I'm gald they managed to come out of it alive. It seems nowdays that two lion coalitions not stand much chance, having in mind other much greater colaitions packed closely together in a very limited territory (having in mind the how big africa is...they are unsafe anywhere outside the parks...very tragic)

+Jersey John Usually it's not dangerous. Lions and other game in National Parks and Game Reserves are used to vehicles. Rangers say that lions and other predators -even if they are hungry- don't notice the persons in a safari vehicle if they stay quiet and don't move. So the lions only see a car and a car isn't any prey.

I always wondered where these boys went.They were young and so gorgeous.I still remember Blondie looking back at the camera after being seriously attacked by the Matimbas.That look so sad you could tell he was really hurt.He survived for a few days but could not keep up with his brothers he eventually died from starvation.Who were their fathers and did they eventually have cubs of their own.

And if you take a closer look to that lion with the Mohawk similar to Mr. T you will notice that his face is way too young and very clean without scars. Mr T looked battle-scared, you can even tell by his eyes that it’s not Satan from the Mapogos who had an intense fiercely look in his eyes. These two boys are the fourway males.
