More like a ceiling fan. Note that this one is on the expensive side - there are lots of other similar options on Amazon at lower prices (I'm assuming they perform similarly.)

The fan looks cool (pun intended) but kind of a pain to put together. Those instructions need an overhaul, good thing you figured out what to do!

It sounds like your voice is speeded up in this video. I checked my playback settings and found that it was set to Normal speed.

Interesting. I checked the files and it's normal speed. I think I was just speaking extra fast because I knew this was gonna be a long video!
