In California they sometimes make seawalls by filling sandbags with concrete. They drive rebar down through the bags while the concrete is wet. After it’s all dry, the bags themselves gradually weather away, leaving only reinforced concrete in the shape of sandbags. This project reminded me of that technique.

Use a heat gun to melt the plastic bags after they harden…I’d wait a good 20 days, then spray mist them, let set & wait a few more days, then melt, then paint.

You can’t put fish straight into anything made from fresh cement it’s toxic . It has to to be filled with water and allowed to age for some time then drained and refilled.

Looks great, but have you considered putting in a pond liner to protect the fish. Untreated cement can leach into the water causing a low PH that can hurt or kill the fish. Besides that, I think it you did a wonderful job.

Very creative! Though you do have to consider setting up some type of filter system for the fish. Otherwise that water is going to become dirty very quickly. Those are large fish and they will poop a lot along with any uneaten fish food.

Идея. Деревянные складные стол и табуретки, большой зонт и тазик с водой. Чай попить, ноги охладить и всё убрать. Природа в порядке и участок цементом не испорчен. И на цементной скамейке сидеть не здорово. Лучше было бы больше использовать природные материалы, тот же камень для бассейна.
