Today's Yoga looks like Las Vegas... to celebrate my Mom's birthday.
We've been traveling for the last 8 days, then down the West Coast and across the desert.
Visiting Dr. Rahim was a big milestone of this trip.
We did not make a video THIS TIME
But there are plans in the works for more collaboration VERY SOON
More details to come!
But for now, I extend infinite gratitude towards you
I make these videos for you... and this one in particular is a bit longer for the ASMR/ sleepy time heads.
Especially the Trap fiber work and crinkly tissue paper neck traction.

I really do appreciate your Diagnostic Interviews, that being said, my prior job involved conducting such interviews for Injury Claims, which brings back a lot of things I would really rather not remember. I do skip forward to where you start the physical exam, but I felt it was important enough so you would understand at least why this subscribed viewer skips over that part.

Hormones have huge affect to our body and makes us sensitive than usual to pain and weakened us. I had back problems for two years and noticed that each time I get closer to my period or ovulating, I’m sensitive to pain and temperature differences. Our body teaches us to notice those sensitivities and doing so much work to keep regulating hormones, chemicals, and more to maintain and balance.
