Papa J's lawyer is asserting freedom of religion as a reason to merchandise regulated products without due process. The question is does freedom of religion allow anyone to perpetuate a federal crime? Secondly, do these items perform the miracles for which they are purchased? If so, let's go back to the first question, and if not, the next question is why is Papa J using his privileged position as a clergyman to perpetrate fraud? I believe the Bible says in Romans 13:1 "let all souls be subject to the civil government". There's a reason you don't talk about an ongoing litigation especially in the press because you will likely say something that hurts your case.
