Ingredients for the Recipe
200 grams of softened butter at room temperature
A little less than half a glass of oil (70 ml)
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 egg white (to be brushed on the yolk)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of vinegar
4 cups of flour (480 grams)
1 teaspoon baking powder
For the above:
Separated egg yolk
Sesame
Black Seeds
-The cup size I use is 200 ml
-Cooking suggestion: I cooked it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
