Its a basic way to make a dress but many dont explain figuring out your own bodice size! Ive sewn 50 years and that is not wing it info! In this case the extreme A line allows not having to have bust darts. A way to do maybe is get an okd sheet and trace the arm holes and neckline of a sleeveless blouse just long enuogh to test the fit of armhole bd neckline to maybe waist to check fit and flow. The A line just follows from there. Use that as pattern then fold material the way she did! I do follow some showing how to make your patterns to your size. Id be tempted to ask one of them to make a video how to get bodice measurements for this style.
