Pavlova is a great dessert, crispy outside and soft inside, with the whipping cream and fresh fruits it gives this sweet meringue cake a whole new level of texture and creaminess.
Only 5 ingredients to make the meringue cake and 2 ingredients for the icing. The decoration will be up to your imagination, it is endless.
This cake originated in New Zealand but had been claimed by Australia as well. Whoever is the original creator surely this is a treat for all of us.
Pavlova Recipe
Egg whites - 200 grams
White sugar - 400 grams
Vinegar - 20 grams
Vanilla - 10 grams
Cornstarch - 15 grams
IcingWhipping cream - 300 grams
Icing sugar - 100 grams
Decorations
Fresh fruits of your choice
