Today we prepare some simple and quick pizza bases, with our Lidl Silvercrest bread maker (SBB 850 F2 - IAN 337874_1910). Don't miss the suggestion I give you at the end of the video; you will like! 😉
ATTENTION!!
If you have previous models (SBB 850 A1 / B1 / C1 models), that machine does not have the Pizza Dough program. Instead, you can use program # 6, Dough, which lasts 1 hour and 50 minutes. Once you have all the ingredients in the bucket, put it on and stop it when exactly 1 hour remains until the program ends, and you will have your dough ready. In this way you will have done a preheating, a first kneading, a first raising, a second kneading and a second raising.

Ingredients:
→ 525 grams of all-purpose wheat flour
→ 280 milliliters of warm water
→ 2 grams of dry yeast (or 6 grams of fresh yeast)
