Good evening ma How were you able to determine the length of your strap

Hey sweetie From my shoulder to my armhole (which is also known as chest line) × 2 plus extra 7 inches.... That was what I did. But I will advise you pinned the straps on your dress, then just wear it like that to see if the trap is too long or short... If is ok, you can remove the pins and sew it.

I place my tape from were is going to start from the front to where I want it yo end at the back

Not clear. Is there another way to get it?

@@makas7112 cut a long strip, use your office pin and pin it to your dress, pin both the back and front, then wear it like that. If you fell like is okay, go ahead and sew it. If is too long, remove the pin and cut out from the strip, if is too short cut another longer strip. If is finally okay the way you want it, go ahead and sew it. Maybe I will make another tutorial soon on that
