Hi sis... Hru and.. baby... My son is a pre term baby.. born @ 1.34kg... Now 3 yrs .. frm birth onwards.. his development is slow .. he walked well @his second Birthday .. no other physical issues... But... Not able to speak well.. he understands what we are speaking... And obeys basic commands... We gone through online assessment on autism... Speech therapist said... No autism symptoms... She said.. his skills looks like under two years boy..... He is telling words .. amma appa thaatha.. and few more... Wat can I do sisi.. he is like baby... Not having maturity of a toddler... Pls give suggestions sis.. How can I make him to say.. sounds like "kaa" " ghaa"... Thanks..
