In this video I bake a very tasty, juicy and very fast peach cake !
And for this I take the simplest foods!
I first beat the eggs and sugar to a bright, luscious mass.
Then I beat 250 gr of soft butter for about 3 min until the butter turns white and mix it with the egg mass.
I pour 100 ml of milk (room temperature) into the dough .
Then I sift the flour and baking powder into this mixture.
And just mix it all together
INGREDIENTS for a baking pan 34x24cm:
350-400 gr canned peaches canned
5 Eggs (size M)
16 gr. Vanilla sugar or a teaspoon of vanilla extract
250 gr sugar
250 gr soft Butter
100 ml milk (room temperature)
450 gr flour
10 gr baking powder
I bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350° F) top and bottom heat without convection .
