My ears pricked up when you mentioned a more noticeable rocker!! I must say I do like the first Cloudmonster but I run mostly trails and when I run on the road I find myself being drawn much much more to Triumph 20, Clifton 9, Boston 12, and the wonderful Invincible Run, OR the Nimbus 25 and More V4 for recovery runs, so finally I've hardly put any miles on the Cloudmonster. The outsole does seem to be showing early signs of wear compared to all my other shoes though and I was wondering please Alex how you found the first Cloudmonster finally for their wear please?? Or maybe you have WAY too many shoes to have been able to really put them to the test for how long they last? Perhaps you've gotten some ideas from others?? 🙋🏻♀

The Cloudmonster is one the shoes I used the most in the past couple of years. I took a pair beyond 600kms and a couple of others up to about 150/200kms. The wear was not great on them honestly so hopefully it’s better on v2.

Based on Foot Doctor Zach's cross section of the CloudMonster 2, the speedboard no longer extends so much into the forefoot, and that's the biggest departure from the midsole of the v1.

Does it have guardrails to improve the stability for more runners ? My Cloud Stratus 3 could use a bit more stability to prevent my ankles to fall inwards. The Gel-Nimbus 25 was very stable but with the Gel-Nimbus 26 came with a bit raised guardrails and a difference in middlesole geometry and density and made these shoes much better stable shoes can could rival the Gel-Kayano, for me and for my mildly overpronation.

The use of the holes in the sole of On Cloud shoes is a terrible take on marketing where functionality is lost. The coles collect rocks, rubble, sand, mud and water. Stupidity. Who buys this? 😂

no they dont dude, a lil bit a mud that u poke out easily sometimes theres no rocks in here 😂
