Ingredients
1 puff pastry
boudoir biscuits 116 g
for the pastry cream,
1 egg2 tbsp sugar (30g)
2 tbsp cornstarch (30g)
a vanilla sugar
200ml milk
1 tbsp of butter (15 g)
1/2 of agar-agar
1 tbsp of milk
Unsweetened fresh cream 25 cl
mascarpone cream 150g
vanilla
2 tbsp of sugar
Fruits: strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
Milk
Sugar
apricot jam.
