Very hearty and affordable soup! Delicious soup with simple ingredients! Soup without meat!
Recipe and ingredients:
Chop celery and onion.
Fry in olive oil over medium heat.
Grate the carrots.
Chop peppers and zucchini.
Chop 3 potatoes and 3 cloves of garlic.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour in 1.5 liters of water and cook for 15 minutes.
Cut 100 grams of processed cheese into cubes.
Add salt, pepper and 50 g of small noodles and cook for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the parsley and add it when everything is ready.
