Bombay Coffee Cake Frosting
Ingredients
Sugar 500 gm
Glucose 60 gm
Water 180 ml
Butter 350 ml
Coffee 2 gm
Lemon slices 2-3 pieces
Vanilla Essence 4-5 drops
Method
Take water, sugar, glucose and lemon slices in a bowl and cook it till sugar syrup forms. Convert it into a bowl and bring it to lukewarm. Dissolve coffee in little amount of water. Add liquid coffee, vanilla essence and 200 gm of butter in already prepared mixture. Mix it with the spatula or hand mixer. Now cover it and keep the bowl into fridge or at room temperature. Beat it with the help of peddle attachment of mixer and add remaining 150 gm of butter intermittently. Bombay Coffee Frosting is ready.
