That's what happened to us too in New Orleans July 8th and July 28th causing severe flash flooding in the area. And this happened before Hurricane Isaac hit us head on August 28th. Did Hurricane Isaac hit you guys? I caught this storm on tape too. Did the weather channel use your footage?
